In the morning, Beth and Ursula will facilitate 'Creating from Polarities - Transcending the Either/Or'. You will discover different models of working with polarities - opposites such introvert vs extrovert or masculine vs feminine. You'll dance with difference ways of transcending the usual 'either/or' choices - including the tendancy to ignore/repress one pole in favour of another, or to swing back and forth between two poles/opposites. You will engage fully in experiential exercises to see how you can create from opposites and hold paradoxes found in everyday life.
You will get from this workshop:
- Increased awareness of polarities (i.e. order vs disorder; autonomy vs connection; masculine vs feminine)
- Insight on easying rigid boundaries into fluid 'lines'
- Learning how to become more fluid and transcent the 'either'/ 'or
- Discovery of possibilities to create from polaritity
In the afternoon Beth and Rune will lead workshop Get out of the Box - Not the Closet which will challenge your notions of sexuality, sexual energy and identity. You will be encouraged to stretch out of your comfort zone and embrace the wide range of ways to play with your sexual energy and identity in order to make the world a more creative, fun and peaceful place. At this workshop, you will:
- Explore the differences between us
- Learn how to hold paradox of 'we are different' and 'we are all the same'.
- Overcome the fear of 'other' - and be able to 'lean into' people who are different.
- Play with and enjoy your sexual energy - to create and have fun in a safe space.
- Become aware of when we stereotype/label themselves and others.
